Anti-Pigment Treatment

Chemical Peels use a chemical solution to gently peel away outer layers of dead skin cells in order to help facilitate penetration of bleaching creams, as well as to remove unwanted pigmented cells. The solutions are available in several strengths, depending on the degree of peeling desired. Healing can take 3 to 7 days. A new, smoother layer of normally pigmented skin is formed. Micro-Dermabrasions can be described as a superficial "skin polishing" using crystal-free solutions and brushes over the skin's surface to remove damaged or dead skin cells. At the same time, we infuse hydroquinone, kojic acid, lactic acid, azelaic acid, glycolic acid, and/or salicylic acid deep into the skin. These gentle treatments can provide remarkable improvement to abnormally pigmented skin. The treatments are progressive, and are applied through a course of weekly or bi-weekly treatments. Mesotherapy
Are you bothered by pockets of unwanted fat?
Your figure says a lot about you. In many ways it provides others with a lasting impression of who you are and how you take care of yourself. Diet and exercise can help many part of the body, but there are always some areas that don't seem to respond. Those fatty deposits in the cheeks, chin, jaw line, neck, love handles and even the hips, under the arms and cellulite are the most difficult to remove. Now Mesotherapy can provide you with a solution.
The procedure
Mesotherapy is performed to actually melt unwanted localized deposits of fat from the body. During the procedure your doctor used a very tiny needle (about the size of an eyelash) to painlessly make multiple injections of the medications into the targeted area. For overall weight loss your doctor may inject larger areas to cause a general dissolution of the fat over your body. When treating cellulite, one formulation of medications may be used to dissolve the fat and another to destroy the fibrous bands that bind the sin.
Treatment averages about 10 sessions, spaced 1-2 weeks apart. Patients say the treatment is like a pinch or bee sting. Some prefer to use a local anesthetic cream applied thirty minutes prior to their treatment.

Spider Veins / Varicose Veins
 Millions of men and women are bothered by unsightly veins on their faces and legs.
Spider veins, or telangiectasias, are very thin, small, red, blue and purple blood vessels that appear most frequently on the face and thighs. They lie close to the surface of the skin, and have tiny branch-like or spider web patterns.
Varicose veins are usually larger than ¼ inch in diameter and may appear bluish in color, raised, twisted, and deep under the skin's surface. They may also be related to more serious vein disorders and require a careful evaluation by your doctor prior to treatment.
What are the Treatment Options?
Sclerotherapy is a quick, safe, simple and effective treatment for unwanted spider and varicose veins. It can be performed in the office with minimal discomfort. Here at Premiére Dermatology and Surgery, we use an FDA-approved chemical solution called sotradechol. This is a sclerosing agent is injected into the vein with a very small needle, causing damage to the inner lining of the veins. This ultimately causes the vein to develop into scar tissue that is subsequently absorbed by the body. Blood flow then gets redirected through healthier veins. Three or more sessions are usually necessary to achieve ideal results.
Today's new medical lasers provide safe and effective non-surgical treatment options for the removal of spider and varicose veins. Here at Premiére Dermatology and Surgery, our new, advanced laser treatments with our V-Beam Pulsed Dye Laser allow us to deliver a precise dosage of energy to each vein. During your treatment, light energy is delivered through a special laser hand piece to the targeted vein, in a series of brief pulses. The light energy is absorbed by the blood vessels, but not the surrounding tissue. This heat absorption causes a coagulation of the blood vessel, which is subsequently absorbed by your body.
