 Dr. Windell D. Boutté
Dr. Windell D. Boutté, M.D. is the founder of Premiére Aesthetic Center. Our Center is the home of Premiere Dermatology and Surgery, Aesthetic and Laser Boutique, and Premiere Essence MedSpa. She has been a practicing, board-certified dermatologist since 1997, and she oversees all facets of the Premiere Aesthetic Center’s operations. Dr. Boutté has treated patients residing in 5 continents around the globe. She has earned a reputation for providing patients with leading edge technological advances, and she possesses expertise in all facets of dermatology and aesthetic skin, hair and nail care.
Dr. Boutté completed her undergraduate studies at Xavier University in 1988 in New Orleans, Louisiana, where she graduated summa cum laude. While attending Xavier University, she was a recipient of the Minority Access to Research Careers scholarship, which allowed her the opportunity to conduct research at renowned universities throughout the country. During her senior year, she was awarded the National HBCU Student Award for Excellence in Science and Technology, presented to her by President Ronald Reagan. Due to her academic prowess and humanitarian efforts, the President of her university, Norman Francis, chose her to represent her senior class in honoring Pope John Paul II as he visited her college campus.
Dr. Boutté obtained her medical degree from UCLA School of Medicine in 1993 in Los Angeles, California. While there, she helped to publish several research-based articles in dermatology, and was co-author of chapters in dermatological textbooks. She performed an internship in Internal Medicine at Cedars Sinai Hospital in Los Angeles, California. She then returned to her Southern roots by moving to Atlanta, Georgia, to complete her training in dermatology at Emory University Medical Center. At Emory, Dr. Boutté trained under Dr. Thomas Lawley, a world renowned expert in medical dermatology and academic research, and current Dean of the Emory University School of Medicine.
Dr. Boutté began private practice in June 1997, and opened her first solo practice, Dekalb Dermatology and Surgery in April 2000. She has dedicated herself to becoming not only a specialist of medical skin care, but an expert in innovative skin rejuvenation for all skin complexions. Due to her profound fascination with laser technology, she was the first dermatologist in the Atlanta community to introduce certain aesthetic laser procedures approved for skin of color. She has always made it her priority to research and implement state-of-the-art, non-invasive procedures that are safe, practical and effective. She always strives to achieve long-standing skin rejuvenating results of which patients can be proud.
Premiére Aesthetic Center is comprised of three innovative and unique operations. Premiere Dermatology and Surgery provides general medical and surgical dermatology care. Aesthetic and Laser Boutique offers multiple non-invasive laser surgery options, as well as various aesthetic treatments for ageless, youthful rejuvenation.  Mr. Adejia Boutté, Sr. - CEO
Mr. Adejia Boutté, Sr. is a native of New Iberia, Louisiana. He studied Business Administration at Louisiana State University. He went on to pursue a career in banking and finance for a period of over 11 years. In April 2000, Mr. Boutte began serving as General Practice Manager and Chief Operations Officer of DeKalb Dermatology and Surgery. He has also performed in these positions for Premiére Dermatology and Surgery and Aesthetic and Laser Boutique since May 2007. Mr. Boutté has worked with Dr. Boutté to grow one of the most thriving dermatology and aesthetic practices in metropolitan Atlanta, Georgia. He also owns and is Chief Executive Officer of Premiére Essence MedSpa, located in the Premiére Aesthetic Center.
 Cynthia Haymon - General Manager
Cynthia Haymon is the General Manager of Premiére Essence MedSpa. Ms. Haymon is originally from St. Louis, Missouri, where she attended Webster University and studied Business Administration and Management. Ms. Haymon is a licensed esthetician and nail technician, and has been in the spa industry for over 20 years. Ms.Haymon utilized her spa management talent to serve at Chase Park Plaza Hotel, which received AAA 4Diamond rating and was also awarded the Best City Hotel in North America (2004). Ms. Haymon is truly inspired by all facets of the spa industry. She possesses a welcoming demeanor and extensive product knowledge, which exemplify her leadership. As she puts it, making clients feel relaxed and pampered in an inviting spa environment is truly her life’s work.
 Ursula Macon - Medical Assistant
Ursula Macon is a clinical and cosmetic Medical Assistant from Los Angeles, California. She has specialized and diverse training in cosmetic and laser procedures. Ursula has worked in the areas of cosmetic dermatology, general dermatology, and Mohs micrographic skin cancer surgery for over 13 years. She has been a member of the Premiére Dermatology and Surgery as well as the Aesthetic and Laser Boutique healthcare teams since February 2007. She possesses expertise in assisting with Laser-Assisted Liposuction, and administration of numerous skin treatments including skin tightening with Thermage® and Titan, Aesthera, Laser Hair Removal, Dermasonic, Photofacials, Genesis, Smoothbeam®, PhotoDynamic Therapy (PDT), V-beam®, Microdermabrasions, Chemical peels, Mesotherapy, and LipoDissolve.
